I wrote a review here years ago and I must update!! I dropped some clothes off after vacation (yes I was being lazy) and the place has surely upgraded. Not structure wise but technology! They accept credit/debit cards now and have a system where they input your name and number into for history purposes and will send you a text when your items are ready for pickup. Couldn't ask for anything more. Love it.

I only drop off my laundry, I haven't done my laundry using the washers & dryers. I love this business & wouldn't think of going anywhere else. My clothes are wash, dried, neatly folded & have never lost anything. Waited on as soon as you walk in. Always ready in a few hours. You absolutely can't beat their price & service.

My experience was with wash and fold. I had a new washing machine delivered to my house that ended up being defective and flooding my laundry room while washing clothes. As you can imagine I had tons of soaking wet towels and clothes. I showed up desperate at wash and fold and she was so kind. She washed and dried my clothes before weighing them which saved my tons of money. What was an extremely stressful morning was a little better after I had clean laundry returned to me in 4 hours neatly folded. Customer for life.

Always my go to place for fluff and food service. Working in NOLA often it's nice to have a place that is reliable and that follows direction on what you need. They are very reasonable in price and provide very quick service. I have gone there over 40 times and they have never lost an item of clothing. Always recommend this service to colleagues working in city temporarily.

I've been using the wash and fold service here for over a year, love it! Things are usually done same-day, or occasionally next-day (usually if drop-off is after 3pm or if they're very busy). Both of the women who work there are always very nice.

In a over year I've had one small issue, which was partly my fault- they called and said a white shirt had gone in with a green one and been dyed light green, and asked if I wanted them to bleach it. Not thinking I said yes- and arrived to find that it had originally been a light green shirt I'd forgotten was in the wash. So that after a year I don't consider a problem. Especially since they handled it so well.
I also love that the price includes detergent and softener, and they have unscented products they'll use instead if you request it for nothing added.
