Laundromat
What are your hours?
We are open between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Last wash is at 6:30 p.m. and last dry is at 7:00 p.m.
Are you attended?
Yes, we are fully attended.
Are you a coin or credit card laundromat?
Our machines are coin operated.
Do you have large machines?
We have 55 and 65 pound machines that can do multiple loads at a time and will also fit comforters and other bulky items.
Do you have parking?
Yes, there is plenty of parking.
Wash & Fold
What are your wash and fold hours?
You can leave your laundry with us any time between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
What kind of detergent do you use when you wash my clothes?
We use ECOS detergent and Bounce dryer sheets.
Is there a minimum order?
There is 10 pound minimum order for wash and fold service.
Do you wash my clothes with other clothes?
No, we always keep our client's laundry separate from one another.
When will I get my clothes back?
We try to have your clothes finished the same day. This may vary if we are extremely busy or if you drop your clothes off too late in the day.
Pickup & Delivery
When do you pickup and deliver?
We pick up and deliver Monday - Saturday.
What is the turnaround time?
Your clean laundry will be returned to you the next day, unless you have a Saturday pick up. Those clothes will be returned to you on Monday.
Is there a minimum order?
There is a $35 minimum order for laundry pickup service.
How much does pickup and delivery cost?
If you sign up for recurring service, either weekly or biweekly, the cost is $1.99/lb. If you only use our service from time to time it is $2.15/lb.
Do I need to be home to use this service?
No, you don't. When you place your order just indicate to us where you will be leaving your laundry, so the driver knows where to find it. We recommend a secure location like your unlocked garage, out of view on your front porch, or behind a gate.
Can I make a special request on how I want my laundry done?
Yes. There is a section when you place your order where you can let us know if you have any specifications about your laundry.
Is there a contract or long term commitment?
No, there is no contract. We know that as long as continue to provide great service you will stick with us.
When I schedule an order, how will I be billed?
We will ask for your credit information when you place your order. Your card will not be charged until your laundry is completed.
What do I put my laundry in?
We recommend putting your laundry in a laundry bag or a trash bag that cinches closed.
Can I put my pickups on hold while I'm on vacation?
Yes. You can log into your account and put laundry service on hold until you return from your vacation.
